RADAR SENSÖRLÜ TEMASSIZ DEBİMETRE
RQ SERIES- The RQ-30 is a sensor used for continuous flow measurement in rivers,
lakes, streams, and open channels with a defined cross-section and constant flow. The sensor utilizes innovative radar technology to measure velocity, water level, and discharge (flow rate). It offers non-contact operation and easy installation without requiring - extensive construction. It can be easily mounted on bridge structures.
Thanks to its non-contact measurement principle, issues such as algae buildup or entrapment of floating debris on the sensor — common with submerged devices — are completely eliminated. The sensor is unaffected by water turbidity and is capable of taking measurements in all types of water.During flood conditions, since neither the sensor nor the data logger is located in the water, there is no risk of submersion or damage.
| SQ SERIESRadar sensors of the SQ series continuously measure the discharge (flow) volume in sewer systems, channels, partially filled pipes, and other technical conduits in wastewater and industrial wastewater applications. Harmful gases at the measurement site or solid materials in the water do not damage the sensor, which makes it particularly advantageous for wastewater measurement. Its compact design allows for easy installation in manholes or sewer systems.
MEASUREMENT PRINCIPLEUsing non-contact radar technology, the sensor
measures
the surface flow velocity of the water via the Doppler
frequency shift method, while the water level is determined
using the travel time method.
With a known cross-section, the flow rate (Q) is automatically
calculated using the continuity equation:
Q = vm · A(h)
