STAFF GAUGE (WATER LEVEL INDICATOR)
- Staff Gauge is especially used to read the instantaneous water level in streams.
- These indicators are convenient tools to show the instantaneous stage of water level that develops within a given observation period in inaccessible areas.
- Staff Gauges are used in rivers, irrigation canals, dams, etc. used in flooded areas.
- Available Models: 1m, 1.5m, 2m, ... 20m.
- Staff Gauge water level indicators are made of enameled stainless steel sheet.
- The front face is made of 1.2 mm carbonless decaf sheet (total wide is 125mm) , 10 cm wide front face, bent 12,5 mm and 90° backwards from the sides.
Special Production- In line with customer demands, scales can be produced in different widths and thicknesses and in different colors.
- In addition, for number plates, elevation plates and figures in different structures can be made in line with customer demands in the same way.
| Process of Making Staff Gauges- Pickled sheets cut in 1 m, 1.5 m or 2 m dimensions are thrown into the acid bath to be cleaned from oil and rust.
- Then, the primer enamel is thrown on the sheet and it is fired at 860-870°C.
- After this process, the white enamel is discarded and baked again at 860-870°C.
- After the white enamel baking process, the figures (as stickers or prints) are transferred to the staff gauge.
It is fired again for the third time at 840-850 ° C. It is not possible that the figures will be erased or engraved after firing. - It should be ensured that the figures enter the enamel thoroughly and boil.
- The latest models are manufactured as 1 m. from the top point plugable to another and can be added to the top of the desired meter.
