General Directorate of Forestry TULIP Project – Çekerek Basin Field Studies

In Türkiye, an average of 8 tons of soil per hectare is lost to erosion every year.

To help stop this silent disaster, we have taken on a critical role in the General Directorate of Forestry’s major World Bank-supported project, TULIP — Türkiye Resilient Landscape Integration Project.

  • Automatic Meteorological Stations
  • Turbidity and Suspended Solids Sensors

    • …are now operating 24/7 in the Çekerek Basin, measuring erosion in real time.
